Hibernitia felett a hegyen (Hungarian)

                                             Feleségemnek

Arany délutánba csukva az emlék. Szemed
gyöngybe simított fény, könnyű lábbal siklasz
az ösvényen, az idő sebhelyei közt. Alig-létezés a hely,
apró temető az üvegsima ragyogásban,
a kápolna előtt habozol kicsit, izzó árnyék
suttog, ahogy belépsz. Csorba keresztelőmedence
repeszti önmagát s a szentek az oltáron már
mindent megbocsátanak.
Mennyi hát a bánat? A megszökött tengerek
merre tartanak? Hol van hát az ég pompája,
mikor az éjfél trónra lép?
Ego te baptizo, könnyű a bóra, imához készül
a kékség felett. Körbeszakad a tér, sapka száll,
valószínűtlen, amikor megállsz, a világ egyetlen
érthető tézise, hogy élsz – szellő kacskaringóz,
mosolyod elé csalja sátoros hajad.

Above Hibernitia On The Mountain (English)

To my wife

The memory locked in a golden afternoon. Your eyes
are the shine blended in pearl, you slide on light feet
on the path, between the scars of time. The place is scarcely-existing,
a tiny cemetery in the glassy-smooth brightness,
outside the chapel you hesitate a bit, a burning-hot shadow
whispers as you enter. A chipped sacrarium
splits itself and the saints on the altar already
forgive everything.
Now, how much grief is there? The runaway seas,
where are they heading? Where’s then the splendour of the sky
when midnight ascends the throne?
Ego te baptizo, the bora is mild, it’s about to start praying
above the blueness. The square tears round, a cap flies,
it’s unlikely when you stop, the only plausible
thesis of the world that you live, - light breeze spirals,
it draws the flow of your hair in front of your smile.
