Tengeri fű (Hungarian)
Elképzelem a tengeri fű illatát.
Dal lesz az is, mint akármelyik madáré, csak kecsesebb és messzebb-hasító. Akár a nyíl, szárnytalan suhanás.
De elbűvöl a közelibb világ: – Ó – ó, dúdolgat aranyos borostái mögül a hajnali felkelés istene. A szappanhabból szárnyalnak elő szentjei, és teaillatú mosolyának kopott templomában húnytszemű néger királyok apró szobrocskái indulnak vándorútra a betlehemi hajnalcsillag felé.
És… majdnem elfelejtem! – a téren a nagydarut szerelik, és káromkodva szidják a művezető anyja istenit, mert hiányzik a nagycsavar, és nagycsavar nélkül mi egy nagydaru. Borzalom elgondolni is!
Ennyi csodához jár a ráadás. Beárad az ablakon a tengeri fű szaga. Uploaded by | P. T. |

Seaweed (English)
I imagine the fragrance of seaweed. That, too, will be a song, like that of any bird's, only more graceful and will rip further. As with an arrow: a wingless glide. But the nearer world enchants me: "Oh, oh", hums the god of getting up at dawn from behind his golden stubble. His saints wing forth from the lather, and in the shabby church of his smile, redolent with tea, tiny statues of shut-eyed black kings begin their trek towards the morning star of Bethlehem. And… I almost forgot! They are assembling the large crane in the square and cussing the foreman because the large bolt is missing, and what is a large crane without the large bolt? A horror just to think of it. These many miracles deserve a plus. The smell of seaweed floods in through the window.
